We had a double superior room which was fab. Nice big bed super comfy mattress, room was up to date decor, and nicely presented. We had a minor problem with a flushing sound during the night hours, we mentioned this to the receptionist and straight away with no hassle, we got relocated to room with no problems at all. I applaude good customer service here at park plaza hotel

The hotel was immaculate. Very impressed with the rooms as well as the staff. Really friendly and helpful. Right next to the tube station so easy access for everywhere. Breakfast amazing, beds really cosy and immaculately clean. We`ll come to stay here next time we visit London.

Just a lovely comfortable hotel, appears new and modern.

Very nice, looks like it`s refurbished recently. The only negative would be the shower, rubbish from the ceiling fitting.

The location of the hotel was fantastic- short walk from tube station. A LONG wait at reception to check in. Not enough staff. Our room wasn`t ready, which was fine as we had arrived early. But had to endure another LONG wait at reception just to collect our keys. The room was clean and had lots of gadgets- but wasn`t happy about the toilets. Neither doors shut properly- so no privacy at all. We are had to ask for more glasses and cups. Not sure I`d stay again.

Modern clean rooms and great food.All staff members were courteous and helpful.The dinning both in the restraint and at breakfast was of a high standard.The Spa was great,again with capable staff.

Beautiful hotel hidden behind the more prominent Park Plazas near Westminster Bridge. When you leave Parliament etc. via Westminster Bridge you are immediately faced by 2 or 3 other Park Plaza`s. Take the time to go under Waterloo rail station and there on your right is this hidden gem. Excellent staff front a very clean and comfortable hotel. Upgraded to king room with excellent facilities. Full range of TV programmes and wi-fi that worked easily. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. Will stay here again on our next visit to London.

The hotel was great location, clean and reception staff friendly and helpful saying that in the morning for breakfast this was a complete farce, massive queues no organisation very poor attention by staff, uncleared tables and people queuing where others were trying to get coffee and juice totally wrong location for this it was a disappointment after a great start

Booked for a special birthday and wasn`t disappointed. They gave us a room upgrade and chocolates to the room to make us feel special. Room was great as were the views. Pool and spa were great. Breakfast filled us up for the day. Will be sure to return.

Housekeeping - we did not have our rooms cleaned, bed made up, new towels etc on Thursday or Friday - on both occasions we had to contact Guest Relations to request new towels, toiletries etc. Although we were given a bottle of wine and chocolates on the 2nd occasion we would have preferred the housekeeping to have been carried out. We were out on both days for the whole day so there was no reason why this could not have been done. The lighting in the bedrooms is via a touch pad beside the bed, this was not very efficient as the lighting, especially the reading lights, turned themselves off on several occasions. The bed and pillows were hard. Breakfast - this was average, the room was quite small and the staff did not always maintain the supplies of food - they also did not provide enough healthy options for those who did not want a cooked breakfast. We have stayed in a number of excellent 4 or 5 star hotels and unfortunately this was not one of them.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded free of charge which was a very nice surprise. The room was very modern clean and the bed was very comfortable the room had a smart tv free wifi and gadgets to control the lights and curtains the shower and toilet were modern and clean and the water hot. The location is perfect and would highly recommend staying.
