Baileys Hotel is a very comfortable hotel, with friendly staff. The location was great for what we had planned, with local amenities right on the doorstep.We ahd a great stay.

The Hotel lives up to the images on the website, staff very friendly, however avoid room 535 the air conditioning units must be right outside the bedroom window, imagine trying to sleep on an airplane.

Great location, lovely entrance and lobby/reception area. Room (523) and bathroom were a decent size and extremely clean, almost looked like they were recently decorated as they were immaculate. Nice bathroom fittings and plenty of hot water at all times. Comfy bed but the room was very hot, we had to set the air on to constant to try to cool the room enough to sleep. All staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was quite good, not red hot but warm enough and fairly tasty, we had plenty and enjoyed it, in particular the tea which was lovely.....gutted we didn`t manage to have afternoon tea as I expect it would be great. Like the bedroom we found the breakfast room too hot, I was sweating in just a tshirt. Overall a good hotel that we will use again.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms adequate very clean. Excellent breakfast, good choices, expertly prepared. Perfect location for museums, Kensington Palace and Harrods. Opposite Gloucester Road tube station. Pharmacy and Waitrose across the street. Many nice restaurants to choose from.
