Found this hotel really nice. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Hair dryer, iron, kettle and coffee machine. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including housekeeping. The young man on the front desk, Philip, was excellent. Having been walking ,a bit lost, for 3 hours ( thanks to Google maps ) it was a pleasure to finely there.
My partner & I stayed for one night in February and were impressed with the facilities and the service. The staff can`t do enough for you - we were upgraded because a better room was available, we were provided with free fizzy wine and chocolates as we were staying for an anniversary, and we had rose petals on the bed which was a nice touch. The breakfast was really yummy and served until 11am which was great for us. The room was clean and rather tech with mood lighting which i liked, and electric blind which was fab. Would recommend the 13th floor for impressive views. Would stay again. Thank you Park Plaza.

On arrival we were made to feel very welcome. The receptionist asked what the occasion for our trip was which happened to be our wedding anniversary. On return from the show the staff had left us a bottle of champagne and some macaroons. It is an anniversary I will not forget and I would have no problem recommending or rebooking this hotel
The hotel is very new and it is very well kept, beautifully clean and amazing to look at. BUT The rooms are noisy you can hear people using the bathrooms and running water when they shower or flush the toilet. The bed is big and looks wonderfully inviting but it is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever laid on we had the most awful nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel such a shame. In response he lift a there was poster with traffic lights one showing busy times for breakfast. It was very obviously a problem at peak times as we discussed goi g to the restaurant just after 9am. We had to queue for around 5 minutes to be allocated a table for 2 then we had to queue again for the hot breakfast. It was very busy and they couldn`t keep up with the demand. Breakfast was very nice when we finally got to the front of the queue - such a shame it is very badly laid out. We informed Reception on our departure that our room was noisy. Would I go again, most probably not.
When we arrived at the Hotel the systems were down and it took ages to get checked in! However once we had our key and entered the room it was quickly forgotten as the facilities were excellent. The room was clean, bed linen nice quality, Elemis toiletries. The wet room was a pain in the neck because after showering everything was soaked!! A screen around the shower would have been a lot better. Breakfast was delicious but we had quite a long wait but we were warned of this prior to the morning. There are signs in the lifts which advise heavy traffic for breakfast.
Had paid for super deluxe .. got given standard disabled room .. not impressed
