Check in should have been 15.00 we were told it would be 1/2 hours before room was ready. On going back at 17.00 we were told it woould be another hour this wasnot accetable as we were going to the theatre that evening. When I complained they did find us a business class room. other than this it was an excellent hotel and in a good location.
Good location. Helpful, friendly staff, clean room, very good breakfast, lost of choice. Kettle cord in room too short for the socket it was designated for, had to leave it on the floor.

Great location, good size room but bathroom a bit small. The staff are wonderful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast choice is fantastic there is something for everyone. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was lovely. We will certainly stay here again.
The internal telephones were not working in the room on arrival. After informing reception this was resolved within 20minutes. VGood
No issues at all so really nothing to report except that everything was just fine.

Me and my wife stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay.Lovely quiet hotel in the center of london, a 3 minute walk takes you onto oxford st. and a further 1 minute takes you to marble arch underground.We were staying as b&b as we were going to be eating out at evening, but really enjoyed the breakfast and couldn`t fault it at all- there was everything you could possibly ask for.Polite and friendly staff making the whole hotel very warm and clean. We would easily recommend staying here and hopefully we will be back sometime in the future.
read this at all cost......superb hotel,great breakfast,lovely rooms well worth the money ...beware tho,we picked this hotel for car park was ncp underneath,with a 20 % discount given from the portman was outweighed by the smashed car window and our ransacked shopping from the boot which has dissapeared what greeted us on our departure....... along with our excess ,crime num,and a full day sorting this out DO NOT PARK UNDERNEATH PORTMAN BLU,if you want a hassle free break...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We arrived at 1pm, our room was not ready, so decided to have coffee/tea and sandwiches/bagel in lobby. After 40 minutes we eventually were served with a very dry bagel and sandwiches made with dry bread. (The waiter having made 3 very slow trips to our table).It was an inauspicious start to our visit. We saw a show and returned for a nightcap, again the service was very slow.The room was ok, although the net curtains were filthy, the bed was clean & comfortable and the breakfast excellent.
Our stay was connected to our Golden Wedding celebrations. When we returned after the theatre we were extremely touched and grateful to the hotel for placing Champagne, chocolates and fresh fruit in our room. It made our stay all the more special.
Extremely pleasant, helpful staff. Room excellent (10th floor) with good lift service. Breakfast very good with a huge choice of food which was well presented; however, during our stay - a week before Christmas 2010 - it was extremely busy and clearly there was insufficient space for all guests during most of the time breakfast was being served with subsequent queues waiting to be seated. Dinner in the hotel was expensive, not particularly good and we would not use the restaurant again. We found the hotel lounge and reception areas to be quite cold although the room itself was fine. Would definitely consider staying in this hotel again.
Very clean. Good value. Staff fantastic. Got very busy at breakfast so if you are in a rush then get there with time to spare.
We would have liked to have some drawers in our room for our clothing as we had to live out of our suitcases for 4 days, we had plenty of hanging space though.
this hotel was just right for our last night in london. my friend and i shared a twin room-it was comfortable and the location was perfect for our quest which was to shop,shop,shop!!!. the breakfast was something else ,they had everything except my favourite which is a hash brown. a special thank u to syvia on reception who was so helpful in assisting us with info for our forward travel. thanx also to attu the concirge who was also very helpful. would come back and will recommend to my friends.

Had a one night stay over the weekend. The hotel was busy but quiet despite an apparent wedding function Saturday night. It was clean and staff were attentive. We would stay again.
A good location, handy for Oxford Street shopping,walkable from Marble Arch tube stationThe bedroom was quite spacious and well appointed. The hand held shower dripped slightly.Very good buffet breakfast and helpful staff. The mini bar was well stocked and fairly expensive.We would stay again if we needed a hotel for the night in London.
I was disappointed with the Radisson Blu Hotel. I wanted to make the weekend a little bit special so I decided not to go for a cheaper hotel to avoid a tiny room and a little bit more luxury. I have to say that the room was little different to other hotels I have stayed in, in London but at around half the price. So it shows that the more it costs does not mean the better the hotel. Yes it was clean and the staff friendly and helpful, but I expect that as a minimum anyway. In future I will go with cheaper hotels and avoid being the disappointment.

One outstanding feature was the quality of the staff. Without fail they were friendly and efficeint. The facilities were also excellent.
would be helpful if they would tell you that the room key is needed for the lift as well.when in the lift you put your room key in and it flashes green then you can use it but my husband is coloured blind and could not tell the difference between the red and green light ,so it was just as well i was with him.but every thing else was perfect.
This hotel is excellent and also a great location for Oxford street! The breakfast was one of the finest we have ever had!
Over all the Radisson Blu was excellent, our room was very comfortable with great views and very spacious. We would recommend this hotel as a very pleasurable stay in London.
In our opinion the Radisson could not be faulted, all staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Our business suite room was clean and in very good condition. The overnight parking in the NCP operated car park beneath the Radisson was also the cheapest that I have come across in London, the Radisson discount makes this even more appealing.The location was great for various sights but the main reason for our visit was to see a show in the west end, again the location of the Radisson was perfect.We would have no doubt about staying here again.
Great base for a weekend in London, comfortable, clean and lovely breakfast, a very wide choice to choose from, fruit, cheeses, cold meats, cooked breakfast and pastries!
the only problem we encountered was that we could not book a cab and nearly missed the start time for the show. clients need to be made aware of this to enable them to leave early enough to make the journey from the hotel to theatre.
