Hotel was fine service was good, but room was really really tiny! A larger person would not have fitted in the toiley.

Unfortunately encountered a problem with our shower not working, we reported on the Saturday morning at 10 but on the Saturday evening there was still nothing, upon reporting again the young lady on the desk immediately said that there was nowhere to move to, I dint want to move just wanted a working shower as had been out in the rain all day, I explained this and she became quite defensive explaining that I could check online if I didn`t believe that they were full booked, I explained that I didn`t disbelieve her, rather I just wanted the shower fixed. The lady explained that the maintenance team don`t work weekends and there was nothing she could do but I could complain when I got home. Not at all the resolution I wanted, I dint want to complain, as it stood we were unable to shower before going to a show and had to do a basin wash. Very Disappointed.

We booked a family room, although the bathroom wasn`t the biggest it was fully functional and the room was clean and comfy. The staff were welcoming and ample local parking we would definitely return.

Upon check in there was staff training one lady called me over to check in the other said wait a minute. Had to then wait ten minutes to be checked in when what looked like 3 receptionists was all avaliable. The room wasn`t exactly the best could do with a hell of a refurb. But that`s just my opinion will not be returning was more like a bedsit then a hotel.

Situated close to underground and bus routes. Easy to find. An enjoyable stay. Staff friendly and very helpful with directions to all transport services.

A clean, quiet and nice hotel. Easily reached by foot from the Tube. Nice area, leafy street. The room was small but adequate, very clean and fresh. The toiletries provided were of a good quality and easily used in the shower and basin. Overall a good hotel for the money. I would stay there again.

Nice and comfortable. Showers small for me personally due to my height which is only reason why haven`t given excellent. Great location for easy transport links

Had we have known that the room was only a third of a do le room size would not have stayed there absolutely crazy to expect 3 people to share yes very clean tea and coffee a available tiny shower nr to tube station but would not book again

Small but sufficient room. However, way too hot even with window open all the time. No air con, no fans.

Staff polite and helpful. Room small, couldn`t swing a cat in the shower room. Room hot and stuff. Building needs a re vamp.

I could excuse the small room as it was only a base for me and my wife while we toured London, it was dirty, the carpet thread bare and the radiator was hanging off the wall? on a good note the staff were helpful and polite

room was not as photo very small ..would not spend longer than 1 night in this room... .toilet / shower most of the floor had cracked tiles shower was hot and fine ...there was noise from the air conditioner up to about 12 ish ...we did have the window open as it was hot.

The hotel itself was clean and tidy and staff were very friendly. The problem we had with it was the location (to far awy from the theatre and the mini-cab company they used for us to get to the theatre and back. (My 80 year old mum didn`t want to use the tube,) The drivers didn`t seem to know the way around,,,one didn`t know where the Phoenix theatre was and another didn`t know the way to Paddington train station and had to google it. I would have thought that a hotel that was booked as a theatre break hotel would have known these things. If I go again I wont stay at this hotel but will get one a bit nearer to the theatres

The bed was very uncomfortable and the springs dig into my side so I couldn`t sleep. The rest of the room was suitable for our stay even though there were stains on the carpet. We had to get 2 trains to the hotel from the theatre which was eas. There was no food cooked at the hotel so we had to go and go d a local cafe for breakfast.

Very compact room with all necessary requirements and a fantastic shower.

Was comfortable and basic though don`t try and check in any earlier they are strict in that !

Really below average hotel - staff not the most helpful, didn`t allow early check in.Rooms smell and don`t feel clean. Bathroom tiny. Shower either too hot or too cold. The price was good and the location is decent. Definitely wouldn`t stay here again.

Small room but clean and tidy and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. Friendly helpful reception team. Nice quiet location.

The room was extremely tiny, the carpet dirty and the towels were only changed after requesting so. The bed and cushions were good though.

The hote was in an ok location 30minutes by tube to central London.The room was tiny, as was the bathroom and cracked broken tiles made it feel shoddy.Otherwise was ok, room was tidy and neat with tea and coffee facilities.

We only stayed one night instead of the two that we had booked. The hotel was like a hostel, noisy and full of undesirable characters. Our room was far too small with dirty stained carpets. Crumbs around the crockery from the previous inhabitant were unacceptable. In addition the toilet was smelly. In view of the above we checked out and managed to find alternative accommodation for the 2nd night.Please note that compensation is not requested however I would appreciate a refund for night two as I had to pay £100 for the alternative accomodation

Tiny room and ensuite. Had to ask for tea and coffee for room. Staff friendly and hotel easy to find. A little further out than would`ve liked but only if need cheap and cheerful.
