Stayed here for a long weekend and cannot fault the friendly staff who have been so helpful, from the minute we arrived which was 4hrs before check in we was given the keys to our room..The room was spotless and ideal for a family of four..The only fault I can find is that the shower has no door and the water runs into the bathroom area, (not sure if it`s supposed to do that ) but it`s annoying if you want to use the toilet as the floor is wet through a hour later. We booked in for bed and breakfast. The breakfast was excellent there`s so much to choose from. The restaurant staff are fantastic ..very helpful. I am on my last day here and I would recommend this hotel . It`s been a brilliant stay and would come here again .

Room was set for three, we were a family of 4. Towels and mugs rectified same day. Next day, fresh towels, even though we hung them up, but only enough for 3 again lol Extraction in the bathroom didn`t work so lots of condensation after each shower. This was reported to the hotel. Breakfasts great, room nice and clean.

Found it strange that only 1x bathrobe, 1x fresh orange 1x kitkat, also long wait to check in not enough reception staff, also requested a room on same floor as my sister due to it being her birthday and her being on her own and was told 2 months ago by the hotel staff there would not be a problem and when we arrived we were on different floors and told they could not oblige

Hotel was within easy walking distance from King`s Cross Station. Lovely modern hotel and very pleasing room. Very helpful staff who stored our cases when we arrived early, and on our final day until it was time for us to go back to the station.

As soon as you enter there is a smiling face behind a number check in desks so in room in 5 minutes all as expected. Staid for 7 nights no faults during stay Restaurant food good quality and staff always there for your needs will visit again

Tourist hotel. Mechanical service. Three star masquerading as four

We requested wheelchair accessible room,we booked for 3 people , so when we went to get room there was only a double bed in accessible room so we had to take standard room , we made do I just had to get out of wheelchair to get into the room. Also the hotel bar had no accessible toilet which was absolutely disgraceful , I had to go down a lift to the lobby , then another lift to basement , then there still was no accessible toilet , so the ladies toilets had an accessible toilet inside but was impossible to get into it in a wheelchair without having some kind of assistance because there are 2 narrow doors leading into the ladies which the wheelchair did not fit properly and impossible for someone in a wheelchair to open themselves , so I was very very disappointed at this , for such a big hotel it was definitely not wheelchair friendly .

First impression the hotel and staff were very nice, I booked an executive double which was quite small Facilities are good and modern the mattress was insanely hard . Bathroom was ok, in all the hotel was too far out from theatre land to walk there and back which is a shame. It took 30mins .

Very disappointed with the hotel, much like a holiday in!! Extra £30 for breakfast and £7 the use the pool and spa. Over all disappointed with the whole week end.

Everything in the hotel is spotless. Rooms are big and very comfortable, brilliant beds. Staff are really helpful and polite, professional and chatty. this is the 2nd time I have stayed and will be using it again. Some people complain about the area, but if you were closer to Kings Cross you would be paying double the price. I only sleep in the room not gaze out of the window (and tbf it`s not that bad a view anyway) As a woman on my own, I would not feel intimidated or frightened to walk out on my own at any time of day or night. Plenty of lighting everywhere and still a fairly busy area.

This hotel is lovely. We stayed here on the 3rd & 8th of June. The staff are friendly & helpful, the food Is really nice. Ionly have one dissapointing thing to say & that is that on our first visit I realised about 3hrs after checking out that idleft my iPhone charger & lead that had my name on it, (plugged in) in our room. I called them soon as I realised but they said it hadn`t been found. I asked again when we retuned on the 8th But it still hadn`t been handed in. I`m really disappointed As it`s such a lovely hotel, this just puts a bit of a downer on it.

Decent hotel, clean and modern. They didn`t set our room up for three and had to be reminded but got there in the end!

The swimming pool is small and not ideal for those wanting to get some lengths in as an exercise and you also have to pay

good situation for central london. room was very good, nice and quiet. bed was very comfortable, and good large bathroom. had to pay extra for breakfast, almost £30.00 for the two of us, and unfortunately, not the best.very good variety, but the fry up food could have been a lot hotter. we asked for poached eggs, which were not cooked thoroughly.

Nice hotel, which we stayed at before. Polite staff again, the only slight remark would be the coffee has not been topped up in the room, so we missed on a cupper the next day.

Great location (10 minutes walk from Kings Cross). Very clean & modern, spacious rooms & well decored. Will definantley stay again!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was in a quiet location, about 10 mins walk from Kings Cross, Farringdon & Russell Square stations. A great base for a weekend break in London.

Comfy bed.....5 stars. Clean room.....5 stars Helpful and friendly cleaning and reception staff......5 stars A handy in room?! Couldn`t get it to work. Tv in an awkward position and shower soaked the floor more than the persons using it.

The guys at the Belgian bar was excellent and the check in staff very nice. Breakfast was brilliant.
