Hotel was just perfect staff was amazing and poliet, everyhing from the hotel was walkin distance , room really nice couldnt of asked for anything more

One night axxxxx with friends wanted a hotel that was close to the theatre and this was spot on, location was fantastic, staff on reception all very friendly and efficient - super time was had by all.

This hotel has a great location in Covent Garden and was just a few minutes walk from Drury Lane, ideal for many theatres. The public areas were good but our room was very average. Beware of breakfast, which costs £16 per head and was buffet- style. Despite this, there was a £4.50 service charge!

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable bed and very friendly staff. Also within 5 minutes walk of all of the theatres and Covent Garden.

Don`t have a room at front as club opposite is very noisey when people are leaving ,I was woken at 4am and it didn`t stop until 6am.so didn`t get much sleep .

Perfectly adequate but the overall look of the hotel was a bit tired. Our room`s decor felt very dated, a throwback to the 1980s. Staff friendly and service good though.

This hotel was very nice and comfortable but to pay for water in the room spoilt it. A bottle of complimentary still water should be provided especially in hot weather!

Two minutes from the tube station, easy to find. Checkin swift and efficient. Rooms large,spotless and well laid out. Simply cannot find fault with this hotel nor the polite efficent staff.

The Hotel was excellent in both location, facilities and helpfulness of the staff. Any request was no trouble and all members of staff were smiling , obliging & friendly without being oushy. The room was decorated lovely, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent to go to the Theatre & explore London with great transport links - Fully recommend this hotel on every level - we can`t wait to go back :-)

Lovely hotel, the twin room was nicely decorated and furnished. However, my bed was too hard and it sqeaked when you moved! The air conditioning unit on the roof above our room (703) was very noisy and we had difficulty getting to sleep. The reception staff knew about this noise and said that we could have changed rooms. That would have meant changing at midnight! Also, if they had quieter rooms to offer us, then why put us in a noisy room that we would complain about?!! Lack of sleep was not welcomed the following day!

Our 4th visit to this Hotel and now we would not stay anywhere else in London!

An excellent hotel in a superb central location. We upgraded our room which also included our breakfast in the price. Would definitely use this hotel again.

We only stayed one night but couldn`t fault it. One thing that surprised me however was service charge on drinks in the bar. Great service.

Hotel exterior on website looked amazing, on reality very drab. Bedroom very out dated, carpet had seen better days, bed not very comfortable, bad nights sleep, bathroom very out dated especially use of shower curtain, not very hygienic? Very expensive prices for drinks and snacks in room fridge. Staff very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately would not use hotel again due to out dated room.

Lovely hotel, room spacias and immaculate! Staff kind and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. It was my 40th birthday during our visit and a complimentary plate of cake was left in our room saying Happy Birthday - a lovely touch, thank you xxxxx xxxxx for making our stay first class

Arrived at hotel at 13.30 was given our room key card and I took the stairs up to our room, I was appauld to see on the stairs on the first floor A used tampon I telephoned reception from our room and told them about it, we then got changed to go to the theatre and left the room again I used the stairs and the used tampon was still there I took a photo and showed reception who said they would deal with it. 11.30pm we came back to the hotel I took the stairs and the tampon was still there I went back to reception and asked them to come with me and remove the used condom off the stairs. this is totally unacceptable and spoilt my stay I will not be recommending this hotel

Very disappointed that WiFi was charged for. Different rates apply. £7.50 for two hours for example - but that means that from the moment you log in you are charged for 2 hours. You cannot log in and out to spend your minutes! This was not explained anywhere either so I spent £7.50 on approximately 20 minutes of WiFi!

Wonderful hotel, excellent location. Made our special weekend perfect.

Thought if a booked a secret hotel it would be an upgrade. It turned out to be the hotel I probably would have picked if not choosing a secret hotel and I would have expected a better room!!
