On first impression the staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and the room is fine. Unfortunately the windows are so thin that you can here everything outside, especially the night club until 4am! We went axxxxx for a long overdue night axxxxx to get some sleep as we have a two year old!! We had our evening out then headed to bed. At 4.30am the police sirens had stopped and the screaming and shouting by the drunks had quietened and we finally managed to get to sleep. It wasn`t much quieter in the corridors inside the hotel. When we told the manager in the morning she said there was little she could do and had said they were having problems with the night club. I pointed out they just needed double glazing. We will not be staying there again.

Needs a refurb, seemed dated for a 4 star, shower was poor and the bellini was awful, however, clean, good location, and the doormen were great. We will definitely use again as it`s a reasonable price.

Although only staying the one night, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was lovely. A good find!

Maybe not all Hotel,s Fault But the noise from surrounding Clubs Pubs Etc went on untill 6AM.Then there was even more racket from nearby building work.The Hotel could however install extra double glazing in an effort to give guests at least a chance of some sleep. Also had one of the Hotel,s all on one plate lunches which was dreadfull,but was offered no reduction to compensate.Would NEVER stay here again.

Stayed here 3 times previously,excellent hotel with great staff,speedy check in,very comfy rooms,look forward to returning here

Really thrilled with our mystery hotel - super location within walking distance of everything we wanted and just a few minutes from the tube station. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful

The hotel location, excellent staff attitude and helpfullnes plus excellent food made this a really pleasurable experience. My overall rating would also have been excellent if not for the room being a little small and a couple of niggling problmes e.g. plug in bathroom sink not working correctly.

Unusual to see a hotel that`s not tired in any xxxxx. Would definitely go back. Excellent!!

Staff excellent, breakfasts good, very clean, and good atmosphere. Quality of food in restaurant could be improved, although it was pretty empty. Pity old fashioned bath/shower with plastic curtain - the tilework in bathroom is wonderful art deco. No opening bedroom window and v. warm c.heating which we couldn`t adjust. We were only in a standard room. We would stay there again, probably with upgrade.

I booked the one night stay as a gift to my daughter, she is a junior doctor and for both of us to enjoy the steam room and the spa to relax and to start our new year fresh, we both have a highly stressful jobs. but it was very disappointing for both of us as the steam room was not effective. we both were very disappointed . the gift was not memorable at all .we thought we can relax in the wet area and I as a mother, I was in tears as I work hard in my job( midwife) I alxxxxxs strive to perfection and meet my client needs to best of my ability but in this case we raise the issue of the steam room and the hotel could not help us. I am very unhappy and my gift to my daughter was not to her satisfaction. I am very sorry to write this but it is the fact. also one of the engineers who work there come to check the steam room stated the he is a member of David Lloyd Gym and the steam their is far better than in the xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx hotel.

the hotel in the deal was the kingxxxxx hotel and it was magnificent! Rooms were lovely, the jacuzzi was a lovely bonus downstairs and the reception staff were simply perfect. We needed the fridge cleared for medication and this was done quickly and without fuss once we had popped out for some lunch and the walk down to the theatre was straightforward and quick. Cannot recommend the company enough as they were so unbelievably helpful due to a last minute change of plans and were able to accommodate us with the change of date with minimal stress. Can`t wait to book another trip!

We have stayed here before, we decided to return and even booked an extra night as we had so much to do. Food and service excellent. One small criticism, we ordered poached eggs at breakfast time on the day we checked out and we were left waiting so long that we had finished our breakfast before they arrived.

5 min walk from Covent Garden and ideal for theatre land. We were at Matilda which was amazing and our hotel was perfect location for it. 68 bus takes you to Euston all very easy! A great break with my son, would stay again!

Very nice hotel, very helpful. We had an afternoon tea which was great and a special small cake brought out for my husband as it was his birthday! Rooms were lovely, bed very comfortable, great stay

Bed was rather hard

Standard double, but very spacious room ... bathroom spotless .... excellent night`s sleep in a very comfortable bed .... staff very friendly. Cannot fault hotel ...would recommend unreservedly.

Hotel very central for walking to places and evening meal at a special price was very good. However my room wasn`t ready until after 4, if you switched on the light in the bathroom at night all room lights wen on and the bed was hard. Pretty rooms.

This is the second time that I`ve stayed at this hotel and once again it was great. Staff very helpful, lovely room, great facilities and perfect location.
