Stayed for 3 nights in November. Very happy with room and service was good. Central location and easy to find
a great location in in the centre of dublin with very friendly staff with very clean rooms.my stay was rounded of with a great breakfast the next morning.
this hotel was clean and offered great service, it was easy to get to from the airport, and has easy access to the tram service that offers a cheap way to get around dublin. perfect location for a weekend visit
check in staff friendly and helpful, arrived early and hotel had no problem holding bags for us,room was clean and well kept over all hotel was good except resturant, went to eat there 1st night and had a very long wait for food to arrive then when it did chicken was pink potatoes looked like they were instant mash and vegetables were extra cost couldn`t eat it and had to leave, seemed to be only 1 waiter and he was ran off his feet with 2 big groups in that night met nobody that seemed to have a nice meal that weekend
When arriving at hotel to check in we were advised they had overbooked so we were being moved to the sister hotel jury`s Christ church. When I expressed my dissatisfaction the hotel agreed provide taxi to and from the new hotel. Once arriving at new hotel our room was not ready, when room was eventually ready it was not a triple as per booking. I phoned reception to complain and they brought a camp bed up to room which was awful. 2 of us had to share a bed!
Very clean and pleasant hotel
this is a good hotel for its price. in an expensive city to stay this was excellent value. We paid £149 for 1nights stay. Very good location and the link bus from airport stops 100 yards away. Close to affordable shopping and good night life yet only 20 minutes walk to Grafton Street and Temple Bar. good pubs close by with Panel Bar 20 yards away well worth a visit. Hotel clean and good staff. you won`t be dissapointed if you expect 3*.
Wasnt impressed with the breakfast. They don`t allocate tables so by the time we had got food (buffet style) someone had say at the table we had placed knifes and forks on - took another 5 mins to wait for spare table so food was cold. Very Poor. The Arlington temple bar was much better in this respect (freshly cooked breakfast) I expect better for £150 for 1 night.
Would have liked a king size bed. Room was large enough. Also, a fridge would have been a big asset.
reception staff not very helpful
Hotel clean and room very comfortable. Had boked and prepaid Bed and Breakfast., but after giving room number at desk when going for breakfast we were told we would have to pay and rudley. Then she checked with reception before we were allowed to proceed and guess what the same thing happened the next morning. This was our 52nd wedding annivasary treat. Very dissapointed
Great, clean, quiet, close to all shops and bars
No problems. Nice modern clean comfortable hotel. Very helpful staff, even talked us through directions to the car park over the phone whilst we were lost in Dublin.... They currently offer an excellent parking deal at only 10 euro for 24 hours, perfect.
EXCELLANT, BREAKFAST WAS NICE, VERY CLEAN, GOOD LOCATION
I would highly recomend this hotel, it is very clean/ spacious and the beds are amazing. It`s excellent value for money. The reception staff are quite miserable, but you only have to have dealings with them when you check in/check out. All of the staff are miserable, so it`s probably got something to do with how they are treated by thier employer or that it`s a really boring job.Id rate it at 8/10.
in a very good spot in dublin for city centre rooms were exellent pity about breakfast
The hotel is one of the best in Dublin. I always enjoy my stay - the staff are so helpful
All services are excellent. Room was very clean. Very comfortable sitting at entrance enjoying drinks from Bar. Somewhere to relax!
Flawless booking in and a quick exit at a hotel that`s just right for city centre
we really enjoyed our overnight stay, had meal in hotel and it was very good. The hotel was v central
we were greeted efficiently but during the night were woked by a drunken guest moving from one room to another obviously her friends shouting and slamming doors, this cannot be avoided but kept us from having a good nights sleep, breakfast i am gluton free and sent an e-mail stating this on booking in i was told no information was passed on but this was not a problem, i asked for gluton free toast waited about 15 minutes and it did not arrive so asked another member of staff and it was brought straight away, then the other arrived 10 minutes later, she was appologetic. was suprised on booking out we were not asked if we had enjoyed our stay or were there any problems. Never the less because of the location nice room and good breakfast we would not rule out another stay with you, obviously depending on price and location. Pat Jackson
My wife and I were very happy with our stay (4 nights). We felt well looked after, but not harassed. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the bar staff and reception staff were unaffectedly pleasant and helpful. We both feel that the quality of the hotel enhanced the quality of our holiday experience in Dublin. We would certainly come again. Thank you all.
trouble with the key card..had to be reset every day. Otherwise, a nice, clean room, situated by a quiet alley, and the hotel itself is nicely located. I travelled alone, so appreciated Tesco across the street for purchasing food and drink to enjoy in my room.
Room was clean and warm, the staff were morethan helpful. We will stay again.
staff were very pleasant and helpful, room warm, clean and safe. Downside was the bar food, poor menu to choose from, very greasy food and was hungry after eating.
Despite not being notified that we had two children staying with us, the staff were very quick to sort out a cot and sofa bed for the children. Unfortunately our view was off the street cleaners depot which made noise all night. When we got out of our car to check-in, we were greeted by a scene from a ghetto, hadn`t realised we were in that sort of area, so I was very concerned going from my car with a 4 year old and 1 year old. Unfortunately my husband and I had to be separated as the car park was 3 streets away as it was too far to wheel our luggage and two children at the same time. The hotel was good but I wouldn`t choose this hotel again due to the area especially with a young family.
Excellent, close to the airport coach and tour bus stops, just remember to keep your door access card away from your mobile phone !
GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY, SUPER LOCATION, CLEAN AND QUIET WILL I COME BACK ? SURE !!!
Hotel idealy situated and just what we required for discovering Dublin. Staff friendly. Hotel room clean. Everything you require from a Three star hotel. Just a word of warning. Do not expect to do much if staying in Dublin on a Easter Friday.
was in dublin to go to o2 parked in clerys carpark which was really handy. its a great central place to stay.
Impressed at being able to check in early at no extra cost. Service was good. Room was very nice. Only improvement would be in the quality of toilet paper in the room.
No WIFI but room was ok . Breakfast as much as you could eat. I have stayed here a few times Saturday nights can be noisy.
The staff are very friendly and the rooms are excellent
