very noisy, could hear everyone moving around. The milk we tried to use for our tea was open and green. Bathroom tiles needed replacing or a series clean. Toilet made really loud noise when it was flushed - couldn`t have used it in the night without waking everyone up.

"Better than Expected!"

Isaacs Hotel is definitely a 10 out of 10. The room was lovely, with a huge bathroom complete with shower and bath. Service was excellent, it was clean and the hotel restaurant had great food. The only minor setback was that the room cleaners were a little bit noisy whilst cleaning rooms in the morning, but aside from that I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again! Talk about getting a bang for your buck!

"An excellent convenient hotel"

The Isaacs hotel situated near the bus station and tram stop is so convenient to get to and from the airport and to many other places in Dublin. It is within walking distance of all the major shopping and places of interest. The quality of rooms, service and food served in the restaurant is also very good. We have stayed here before and we would definitely stay again

We were only staying in Dublin one night and found the Hotel to be very central. Our room was very clean and adequate for our stay. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was wonderful.

"Plumbing & Late Breakfast"

Room and Hotel clean. Most staff very hepful, location ideal for Connolly Station. The plumbing needs major overhaul; attempting a shower was torture with the cold water so intermittent . Late arrival of hot breakfast items on numerous occasions

"Comfortable experience.. Staff - front desk professional & in restaurant (breakfast) = excellent!."

Overall good. My room would be excellent in winter.. due to hot water cupboard - sauna`ish... Too hot for this time of year... BIGGEST GRIPE.... Having to pay for Wi Fi. Cost me a fortune! ... when "everywhere else" I`ve stayed, it`s been free & unlimited access.

"Whilst centrally located the Hotel has some major room problems."

If i had been staying one night you can overlook some negatives. I stayed 3 nights and it is the worst room i have ever had and i am over 60 and travelled a fair bit. No lift to the floor of my bedroom, trying to carry 2 cases and no help offered. The room was dark with a small window that did not close properley. The net curtain was shabby with burn marks. They advertise in the room about being green and water conservation etc but the hot tapcould not be shut off and trickled water all the time. The bedroom overlooked a noisy street and the ultimate i have saved to last. The railway line at window height ran some 25-30 feet away. Even with the window closed as much as possible the train noise and vibration drowned out the TV . I would not recommend this excuse for a Hotel to anybody. Their room rates did not reflect the the awful standard provided. I feel ripped of and over charged.

"VALUE FOR MONEY IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION"

Definitley recommend this hotel for easy access to O Connell Street and Temple Bar and also the Airlink Bus stop across the road which costs only 6 Euros to get to the airport. Reasonably priced and rooms cleaned every day. Staff very helpful and friendly.

"Very well presented hotel and helpful staff."

The rooms were a perfect size, beds were very comfortable, food in the morning and the evening meal we had was gorgeous. The staff during the day and the night porter were all very helpful, even to 2 rather drunk girls!! Perfect location, 2 minutes from the train station, direct across from the bus station and 5 min walk into the centre of town and all that you need. Def worth the stay!

"Well positioned for a short walk to the city."

Pleasant greeting at the reception on arrival. Stayed 1 night only so could not comment on restuarant etc. Room 222 was our room quite nice for our needs, Shower was a bit loose but functional, I hate shower curtains, they allow the water to drip onto the floor. Could not switch off heating in the bathroom, that made the room uncomfortable. Nightclub noise thump thump in the distance, but bearable. Chambermaids Gauranteed to get you up, the store was next to our room. It may seem a little picky to some, but it is feedback. enjoy your stay.

"Fantastic!"

Fantastic Room, Very clean with plenty of space. Disappointed with choice of TV Channels, would have like a bit more of choice... I missed Celebrity Big Brother for 2 nights! Ideal location as I was on business. Good choice of food menu, with an Italian theme... a bit pricey maybe. Breakfast was great... plenty of choice from fruits, cereals to the full irish breakfast! Highly recommended.... I will be using again!

The hotel is well situated for transport links and within comfortable walking distance of the city centre. Unfortunately, the lack of double glazing means that there is constant rail and traffic noise throughout the day and night. If you stay here, invest in some Earplugs. Otherwise, a great place to stay when visiting Dublin.

"Good location, some problems with noise!!"

Good location, good staff, excellent restaurant and prices, but unless you can sleep through a vast amount of club music till late Id give it a miss, as its not the best value 3 star and we only slept because of the amount of drink we consumed!

"So friendly and helpful, the receptionists cannot do enough for you. "

My friend and i stayed in this hotel in order to see my son play in gig in Dublin. We were so impressed by the friendliness of the receptionists. The only slight problem is the noise from the bus station, but you have to expect that due to it`s location. The restaurant is also very good.

"Simple and uncomplicated"

The service, in particular the Dining room manageress was fantastic. Always a ready smile and nothing was of too much trouble. We could not fault it on anything. Nice compact rooms which were very comfortable. The Italian restaurant in the hotel was first class. Will definately stay there again.
