Stayed for 4 nights in March 2013, staff very accomodating, allowed us to take over our rooms @ 10am (as soon as we arrived from the airport) and kept our bags safe the day we left after checking out. Were able to provide gluten free bread for a coeliac. Rooms comfortable for the time we were in them and kept clean by the efficient cleaning staff. Only fault was that the toasters for breakfast do seem to take a very long time to make the bread go brown ! All in all would return to this hotel if visiting Dublin again, it is close enough to the city centre without being right in amongst the noise and bars.

Hotel Cassidys is clean, rooms are spacious (only downside is that they lack a minibar), staff is polite. The building has a pub and a gym and its brilliantly located. Would go back again.

I was very pleased with Cassidys Hotel. It is located in a good position, about 5 mins from the "Spike" in the middle of Dublin, close to the river & Temple Bar. Room quality was very much better than I expected for the price. Very comfortable, with good facilities and, in particular, a well equipped bathroom with a proper thermostatic shower. Excellent!. The reception staff were helpful, friendly & courteous. All in all a very pleasant suprise. I will definitely be staying again.

Great position, with good facilities. We were made to feel really welcome, all staff were very friendly and helpful. I had booked this as a surprise for my husband`s birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, and comfortable. I know we were tired that 1st night, but we only went for a nap but slept for 12hrs! Thank you for everything, we would stay again, and will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Good value well situated hotel

We arrived early for check in by approx 2 hours and the receptionist checked us in with no problems. The location is perfect as you are just at the top end of o`connell street away from noisy revellers. I asked for a quiet room at the back of the hotel and it was perfect. Can not fault anything, breakfast was of a good standard, plenty of choice from cereals to full Irish breakfast. The general state of the room was to a good standard of any hotel that has a high turnaround of city breakers. We had a bath in ours which was a nice bonus. They also do a left luggage service for the day you are leaving. Would definitely recommend and use again. Helpful friendly staff!

Good service staff very helpful, good breakfat, nice quite room, 10 minute walk to city night life in Temple Bar, Hotel at the top of O`connell Street where lot of bus trips go from and just oposite the Gate Theatre so very convient if going to a show there

My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights at Cassidy`s. The room was of good standard for the price, and the buffet breakfast was great value. The staff were very friendly and I would recommend this hotel overall. The only issue we had was the noisey water/heating pipes. As our room was on the ground floor, it seemed to be next to the water storage or heating so every hour or so there would be banging noises from the pipes which is a little annoying at night time.

Location convenient, hotel decor tired. Good value for the rate paid though.

Cassidys is based very central, friendly staff with a good bar. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would recommend if planning a stay in the city.

Excellent location- in the heart of Dublin. Close to the shopping about a 15-20 minute walk to temple bar. The rooms are basic however nice and we didn`t spend much time in them. really enjoyed our stay, receptionists were very friendly and happy to give advice

breakfast terrible

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for the weekend and were very happy. Smooth check in with a nice room. Everything was clean and as expected. Away from all the noise of Temple Bar (about a 5-10min walk) but still close to everything. Overheard the hotel booking tickets for tours for other guests but didn`t need this ourselves. Staff always polite and helpful and even though our check out was 12 (late for most places) they kept our bags for us until we collected them for our 8pm flight. Price was excellent compared to other places, good value for money and great place to stay. Would come again.
