A nice hotel, with nice staff . Nice rooms and very clean .Near covent garden.

First time visiting the hotel fantastic service rooms beautiful food excellent perfect location for theatres would definetly recommend this hotel and I will definetly be going back thankyou to all the staff

Centrally located , clean and as described .

Room was spacious and clean, couldn`t fault the room or facilities. Staff did not come accross as very friendly or welcoming but as our stay was only one night rated as food.

Hotel was very nice and clean . Water in the mini bar was too cheap at £3.50 a bottle. A throughly good night .

The Kingsway Hall Hotel was just pefect. It was only a five minute walk from the underground and about a 10 min walk from the theatre. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I mentioned it was an anniversary treat when I booked and they upgraded our room and when we got back yesterday afternoon to get ready for the theatre they has put 2 delicious deserts and bottles of water in the room for us and breakfast this morning was delicious too, Thoroughly recommend it

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff Rooms a little on the small side but that`s London Very convenient for Convent garden, oxford street etc and surrounding areas

Excellent location. Staff extremely helpful. The hotel was clean and modern. The room was comfortable and welcoming and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Only stayed for one night but couldn`t really fault the hotel. It has all the facilities you might need and was exceptionally clean. Would definitely recommend as hotel is in a handy location and staff were friendly too.

Good location not too far from Covent Garden. Had afternoon tea which was lovely. One room was not ready to check in at 16.00 which was annoying but once in every thing was beautifully clean and comfortable. Staff were really helpful.

The hotel has full detail. Summarising - Breakfast service was very amateurish` I have been in two star hotels that were better. Water pressure very poor

Later on in the evening we where outside having a cigarette, and I noticed two mice running around the dinning room .we decided not to have breakfast the next day . made me wonder when the last E.H.O Visit was .

We would request this hotel for our future breaks!

Was very suprised to have a 4 star hotel.coupled with a theatre break. Was our 10th wedding anniversary so this made it extra special. Room and ensuite clean and modern. Let down was even though winfows are double glazed a night club slap bang opposite operated in to early hours amd noise was like having windows open even though tight shut. Back of hotel may have been better.

Hotel would get excellent but very low water pressure (shower and washing hair painfully slow) hair dryer rubbish .all other aspect of the hotel where excellent

Wonderful stay at he Kingsway. Check in and out was quick and efficient. The room was a good size, very clean and well equipped. A special mention for the concierge and his team - they were great.

Super hotel. Comfortable, quiet and super location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very pleasant and polite staff including the room maids. We were able to walk to and from theatre which was a bonus. Highly recommended.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Lovely, modern well lit bathroom. Just two problems; flickering lights from the wi-fi made it difficult to sleep and the hair dryer in the bathroom was useless!

Staff very helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Drinks from bar expensive, but suppose this is normal for London. Mini-bar prices very expensive. Rooms were pleasant and clean.

Central and easy access to areas of interest such as Covent Garden, Theatre district and transport. Clean well maintained rooms and public areas, bar expensive even for London. Good quality breakfast

Have stayed before - and will do so again. Shame TV didn`t work.
