really polite staff nothing was too much trouble and a really good hotel for the price we will revisit in the future due to the hotel being in a perfect position and surprisingly really quiet

Hotel in good position for seeing `Wicked` and `Billy Elliott` and very near Victoria Station. Hotel ideally situated. Breakfast was excellent, a varied choice.

My wife was notified upon arrival that she had been awarded guest of the weekend status as she was celebrating her 40th birthday. This included an upgrade to a special top floor apartment and a lovely birthday cake. Staff were incredibly friendly throughout and I wouldn`t hesitate to stay there again.

Great two night stay. Tasty variety of food available for breakfast and very worthwhile Italian specials in early evening in restaurant for young and old alike .

Over prized, rooms were old and basic. Busy road so traffic noise in the mornings. Disappointed

Booked a triple room and were given a double room with a camp bed taking up remaining floor space between bed and window. Totally unacceptable so complained and were given a `free upgrade` to a proper triple room. Had a feeling they were just trying it on and this would worry me on behalf of people who do not like to complain/make a fuss. Minor housekeeping details being overlooked - towelling robe badly stained with fake tan, only two bottles of water/cups/glasses etc provided in triple room, shower door not meeting floor and flooding every time shower taken. Location is exellent but there is enough competition in this price range to make me think twice about booking here again

Excellent location, clean, large room, comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was included but we all wanted the choice of the hot breakfast buffet especially the eggs which was at an extra cost per person.

Very easy access for Victoria Station but rather unremarkable as a hotel

Really enjoyed our stay, rooms are clean, hotel central for everything and staff very helpful. Good choices for breakfast in Tozi but on second morning were offered seats in executive suite due to lack of seating and this didn`t offer the same choice nor was there ample seating or staffing.

Great location, modern facilities, delicious breakfast and free upgrade for birthday treat reccomend.

Very impressed with complimentary elemis products in beautiful room

We booked a triple room and the facilities provided for this were inadequate. Only a `camp style` bed was provided with 1 pillow. No facilities such as towels, toiletries, tea and coffee cups etc were provided for the 3rd person. Hotel location very good as was the breakfast, but returning from a night out you don`t want to mess around to get everyone a cup of tea

Hotel allowed us to check in early after out train arrived 2 hours earlier than expected. The room was superb, impressed with the Elemis products in the room! Huge variety for breakfast, although it was only luke-warm. Can`t complain about the service, location and quality of the hotel. Would definitely stay again and would recommend for anyone going to the Victoria theatre as it`s in a prime location!

For a change I will start with two very minor points. The room temperature was difficult to control, a little too warm even for winter and the bar staff seemed run off their feet even in a half full bar. The room however was excellent: large, clean and comfortable and the TOZI restaurant---- unbeatable ,simply the best Italian tapas I gave tasted.

The rooms were a bit small, but could live with that idea. The lobby is great and has a great bar and seats. Also were we surprized by the excellent breakfast buffet and service . It was a buffet with very wide options and good quality food. Location is rather good. Close to the centre. Overall I would recommend people to stay here.

Very quiet hotel

Rooms were extremely good, comfortable bed and very good bathroom. Staff were very accommodating and my guests and I were made to feel at home. Top marks!

Clean,Tidy,Helpfull staff, great location for us (National Rail), Breakfast delicious, Comfortable beds, Smart rooms... Just great!! Would stay again tomorrow.
