Really nice hotel friendly staff clean tidy cannot fault it

Lovely hotel, exceptional staff and a very comfortable bed! Would definitely book again when we are in the area.

Hotel was easy to find, a great location and had everything you`d need for a super stay. Again, very acommodating for 10 yr old. Would return and recommended

The three rooms we booked were very nice. Pleased that the hotel arranged our rooms together. Room nuisance issues: The television in each of the rooms automatically switched itself on at the unearthly hour of about 4.45 am. I could not get the sink to hold water. My daughter next door could not get the sink to release the water! Various continental breakfast issues: There was a significant wait in queue to be seated. Then no-one offered us any tea or coffee for a long while. Eventually, we got a waitress to bring some `tea` but it turned out to be coffee. The tea which was brought instead was very weak and tasteless. There were no meats in the buffet. When the last few bread rolls and croissants available were taken there was about a 30 minutes wait for some replacements to appear. Overall, the continental breakfast was not good value at £14 given the various other places nearby we could have had breakfast.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was very nice, and so close to the theatre we managed to avoid the queue for the ladies in the theatre, and popped back to the hotel in the break

Everything about this hotel is good. Location, staff, room and breakfast. It was excellent and would definitely stay again.

The `cold` breakfast was excellent, unfortunately the `hot` breakfast was almost cold! Otherwise a good hotel for central London.

This hotel is just a 2 min walk from Victoria station. The check in was quick and rooms were lovely with a super king size bed and Elemis bathroom products. Staff were all friendly. We were expecting just continental breakfast but it was full English too at no extra cost. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Attentive staff clean smart tidy rooms and a great full breakfast

Celebrated my daughter`s 18th and they upgraded to a lovely room and left red petals on the bed wishing her happy birthday along with a collection of lovely small cakes. We were on the 6th floor with lovely views.The bed was king sized and sooo comfortable. Central to tubes 2 minutes.We came by coach from Derby to the Victoria Coach station. If you want to get to the hotel from there i would advise walking through the Victoria station passing the underground on your left (dont go downstairs) stay in victoria station then opposite the information screens walk out of the station and keep walking right cross some traffic lights if you see Argos your in the right direction turn the corner and the xxxxx is on the right.Lovely hotel professional friendly staff.

Great location, clean and efficient staff. Super comfortable beds and a fab continental breakfast. I also stayed at the grange hotel St. Paul`s the same weekend and can honestly say the xxxxx won hands down!

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast during a busy time was under supplied with bread, croissants, clean glasses for juice on the sunday and we did have to wait for 20 minutes to be seated, but it was a busy time of the morning. Bar staff took our order for drinks and food on the Saturday evening, but only half of the order was placed (Calamari ordered and never turned up). But generally, all the staff were very polite and courteous. Room was very comfortable and clean. Overall we were very well pleased with the booking.

We had a great stay. All the staff were really helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the lounge bar, service excellent and so was the food.

At first glance it seems like any other generic hotel but little touches make it stand out from the rest like home automation and headed mirrors . And the front of house staff were second to none.

The food was excellent with a good chuice for breakfast and evening meals. The room was clean and well equipped.

We arrived 20mins early and were allowed to our room as it was already ready for us. When we got to the room, there was a problem and we reported it to reception. The receptionist was quick and efficient at dealing with the issue and upgraded us straight away to an available room. Ten minutes after check in we received some complimentary macaroon sweets with a welcome card, later on a bottle of Prosecco was delivered on ice. Overall the whole experience was fantastic. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendlier and most importantly efficient at their jobs. Breakfast was great with such a variety and the sauna and steam room was very clean, quiet and relaxing. This experience was a Christmas present for my partner and through the effort of the service delivered, made it a very special occasion and I would like to thank them.

Very good. Biggest bed I`ve ever slept in! (9ft across!) Control pad does everything, lights, curtains, room service!

Story a bit thin but overall a wonderful experience. Singing is exceptional.

really polite staff nothing was too much trouble and a really good hotel for the price we will revisit in the future due to the hotel being in a perfect position and surprisingly really quiet

Hotel in good position for seeing `Wicked` and `Billy Elliott` and very near Victoria Station. Hotel ideally situated. Breakfast was excellent, a varied choice.
