Friendly staff , and nice room. Very convenient location and pet friendly. Really good breakfast as well. We use this Hotel every time we need to come to London and another bonus, free parking
The hotel was more then we expected. The room was a good size and clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We had breakfast both morning and ordered room service, all food was well presented and of good quality. The location was a bit further then we would have liked although the overall hotel made up for this. There was loud noise coming from out side the room but this was due to other guests that stayed the same time as us. Over all very pleased and would recommend to friends and would totally stay here again.
Loved room&food;but towels remained wet overnight
Room was good, except the sewage smell in the bathroom. Breakfast was awful, food came out one item at a time and had to wait almost half hour for tea because the white minority were ignored. It appears black waitresses only serve black guests and we had to wait for the receptionist to come in and serve us. The shower was Luke warm as well, not impressed. Brian on reception was lovely though
Given a room upgrade without asking, very comfortable especially the bed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from .
Staff was fantastic but a little bit problem with the parking
2 nights 2 Hotels the first was Golders Green Hotel which I would never touch again with a barge pole and going to the other extreme the BEST WESTERN PALM HOTEL is absolutely amazing. Very clean everywhere and very stylish, the staff are very friendly and helpful and even went that extra mile to make my stay even better. Good access to transport to London center by bus to Golders green tube and Cricklewood train station a short walk away. Would stay again and would recommend without a doubt.
I stayed for 1 night and considering I paid £69 ( discount offer) I was generally happy with my stay. I got a carpark spot right outside my room so it was reassuring I could see my car from my room window. Also there was a decent breakfast range, I would definatley stay again but would maybe pay extra to upgrade as the room size was a bit on the small side (double room) however was just fine for 1 nights stay.
I stayed in room no 009 ,ground floor on the busy road side. Could hear every thing from outside as if it was happening indoors. This continued through the night,no sleep. Inside the hotel, very noisy guests drunk and had accident with the spilt drink, try to clean at night, constant running water tap and noise of removal of furniture.the manager of the hotel did not appreciate that I and my wife could not sleep at all after returning from the theatre and to be able to do next day business. The access to the hotel is poor using the public transport.there was bus strike on that day and only way to get to hotel from the underground D was taxi adding to the cost.
The Hotel was a fair distance from the Centre although accessible enough. Rooms small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast nice and staff in dining room very pleasant. Not very impressed when fire alarm went off at Midnight, people gathered in the hotel reception area, staff members did not direct people one stayed behind the reception another went up and down to the basement, and eventually said it`s alright, didn`t seem to be overly concerned or advise people what to do.
The executive room was clean but there was no docking station, soft drinks or sofa as stated. My room was situated over a noisy function suite..so we were only able to sleep after 1am. Sadly even then it was short lived as alarms on tv in several rooms went off simultaneously!! Shame really as with a little TLC it could be so much better.
Can not fault this hotel , friendly service , great location plus had the advantage of a on site car park , was shocked at how lovely the room was ! Ordered room service when we arrived and it came in no time and was delicious .. Our room included a full English breakfast which also was spot on , will defiantly be booking into this hotel again .
This is a well presented , clean, friendly, staff were more than helpful
Staff were lovely and very attentive. Breakfast in bed was a real luxury!
Very clean, very comfortable, friendly pleasant helpful staff...would use again :)
We stayed at this hotel for a one night stop over in london we know the area so know the location it was okay for us but not the best location if you require any night life outside the hotel as there is nothing close by. The hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard and breakfast was good but dinner was very poor we spoke to the manager and he deducted the mains from our evening meal so all in all we where satisfied with our stay and would stay again and try the dinner menu again
Hotel is clean, staff helpful and friendly but is on a major busy road and a room at the front is not good...luckily we had to swap rooms as there was a lighting problem so we ended up away from the traffic.
Nice room, friendly and helpful staff , good breakfast and dog friendly. Perfect.
Tv don`t work Staff is but friendly but they whisper Speak up
We had very good stay at this hotel, the staff are very helpful, good food, and hotel very clean.
