Really impressed, other than Reception giving us the wrong room! Room was lovely and very clean.

A gem in the middle of London but I do wish everywhere would not automatically charge 12.5% for people doing their jobs I tip if someone goes that extra mile. Yes we will stay again

Excellent position lovely rooms with good service

Disappointed with bad nights sleep due to lorries and what sounded like bottles being loaded and taken away that went through the night. Also limited amount of food at breakfast nothing refilled only 0915. Shame as hotel is pleasant and very locally situated for theatres etc.

Plus if I am honest we felt a bit invisible to breakfast waiting staff a bit of a nuisance because we didn`t upgrade to full English breakfast. Room and the rest of the service superb!

The hotel was in a very nice area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I was not sure what sort of room to expect but it was very pleasant with nice furnishings. The bed was very comfortable.

The Service and staff were excellent and made our stay very pleasant. Rooms spotless and breakfast was freshly cooked. Will be visiting the Rathbone hotel again.

Extremely comfortable, superb nights sleep, surprisingly quiet for central location, (appreciated the staff taking notice of or request for a quiet room). Nicely furnished rooms.

Very good hotel, however during the afternoon of our stay when we wanted to relax we were subjected to , drilling (on hammer setting! )and banging from the floor above us! No warning from staff just a "they should be finished before 5pm" from the concierge when my wife approached him!

Room OK abit small, not alot of choice for the continental breakfast, and room cleaning service failed to empty the tea pot from the day before, location was good though.

Hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We recommend this hotel and will most definitely stay here again. Prime location for us as we had a show booked at the Dominion Theatre. Thank you

Great hotel tucked away in a quiet road but just a few minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of theatre land. Lots of local pubs and restaurants very close by. Nice big comfy bed and room and bathroom very clean. Continental breakfast was included and was plentiful for us. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Superb hotel only 20 minutes walk to all main attractions. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful friendly staff. We upgraded to a suite which was amazing. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Definitely return again.

Hotel is in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants shops and theatreland. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. BreKfast (continental) was scrummy and extensive. 5 * + in my book.

We have been to many Hotels in London and surrounding areas and this one is our top choice for comfort, friendliness, location and quality. I do not think we can find a better place to stay

I mentioned to the hotel that it was my fiancees birthday before we arrived - they had decorated the bed with petals saying happy birthday - lovely surprise - the staff couldn`t be more friendly
