The hotel is located just around the corner from Earls Court Underground station. The staff were pleasant and friendly towards us at all times. The lift was being refurbished during our stay, the hotel had informed us of this prior to our stay and it was no problem. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a great weekend in London.

Hotel was lovely,clean and modern.Rooms are small but i was aware of that before booking so no surprise.The lift was being replaced at the time of our visit,but i was told beforehand.Our room was up a lot of stairs so in hindsight would of requested a lower floor.Staff friendly and polite.would stay again

Was happy enough with The Mayflower Hotel. Room was clean and tidy, there was a problem with the TV in our room but the night receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room was a little noisy during the night with outside noise (which is to be expected) as well as noise of other guests going to/from their rooms. Breakfast was a little disappointing as was cheap brand cereals and not much variety but over all staff were very friendly and would stay again but probably just for 1 night.

The room went from freezing cold to sweltering hot, after show upon returning to hotel was locked out, beat on door and called repeatedly before finally someone unlocked outside door,

Lovely clean hotel situated in an excellent position to discover and explore the city with easy transport links on ten doorstep.Our room was spacious and most comfortable, only downside we couldn`t find it easily and had to revisit reception to ask to be shown to its whereabouts. If we would have been shown directly to room the overall rating would have been excellent.Would still recommend this hotel. Great value for money

Nice clean room with a lovely shower facility,only complaint was it was unbearably hot and you couldn`t open any Windows,pleasant helpful staff.

We were allocated a basement room which was small but clean and the shower area although again small was clean. As we were only booked in for one night we did not really care that we had no view. However, we were right next to the very small restaurant and at around 6 15 in the morning we were woken by staff and then people going for breakfast. The hotel did not care about our complaint and so we contacted Hotel Direct who very successfully sorted this out. We did however feel that as we had booked through Hotel Direct the hotel were not interested in us at all. On reflection we should of asked if the hotel was full or is this where they put the Hotel Direct guests?

Room was a little small, but was fit for purpose. Clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again. Underground so close and we were able to get everywhere we needed. Lovely weekend break had by all three of us.

Disappointed with the no room to manoeuvre, very poor lighting in bedroom and bathroom, could be much better

Clean, efficient good and friendly helpful reception staff but small the lift is small and the hotel is small once in the room it is fine just moving around. Breakfast is ok but the staff are not very friendly or helpful one in particular was rude and it was too cramped and squashed in when full. The wooden floor on the bedroom creaked and my Mum got a small splinter in her foot so we had to wear slippers or socks.

The hotel was ok, clean and tidy enough but it was a bit noisy backing onto Earl`s Court station. Also, the staff that we saw were friendly but were unwilling to fulfil a simple enough request of breakfast in bed as it was my girlfriends birthday. They did allow us to leave our bags after checkout to go off for a couple of hours which was nice. Overall ok but a bit on the expensive side for what it was.

Nice hotel, helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and plentiful!! Room was very small, but didn`t spoil a good night`s sleep!!

We got an upgrade and the people couldn`t do enough I would take my family there and rebook clean, refreshing and close to all parts of London thank you xx
