Spotless hotel throughout; friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Wonderful room, so spacious and a great breakfast to round it all off. I`d certainly book here again. 5 mins from Tube and buses.
Very nice hotel just sometimes a language barrier as a lot of the staff weren`t English
Room 54 was brilliant! A really big suite for London.
Hotel well situated 5 mins from Earls Court tube station Room quite small but very nice bed and furnishings Lovely shower. Staff very accommodating Continental Breakfast was average.
The staff and accommodation were great for my birthday weekend. Really well looked after and we will certainly go there again. Ideally placed. We did a theatre w/end break (swa Les Miserables on Saturday) but the location of the Mayflower also allowed us to visit the Natural History museum on the Sunday.
Lovely place clean ideal place close to underground. staff very helpful
Very nice decor, very clean throughout, lovely comfortable bed
Great hotel/wonderful helpful staff/ideal location/2 mins. to tube/continental breakfadt (free)
Nice clean and tidy hotel with excellent staff. Room 53 proved to be a challenge to find in the maze of corridors but with the help of the excellent staff the visit proved to be one of great satisfaction.
The hotel was very clean, near the tube station, close to shops & the staff very helpful & friendly Thanks so much
Lovely stay prefect
This is a budget hotel in a good location. However it is located along side the Earls Court tube station and there is the constant rumble of the trains
We stayed in room 9 in the basement. It was a lovely clean room with a four poster bed, it had its own small fully fitted kitchen. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was basic but adequate. Good location just round the corner from Earl`s Court tube station.
The hotel was clean and the service was good. One small niggle, our room, no. 17, had the bed against the wall and getting in or out was a little problematical.
Gorgeous rooms and friendly staff
The Mayflower hotel in Earl`s Court, was an absolute gem.A wonderful place to relax at,a warm welcome, very polite staff, very clean, oriental deco, which I loved, breakfast was very nice and less than 5minutes away from Earl`s Court tube!
unnecessary. Good for a theater break
Had a lovely stay in this hotel. Even had a little balcony which was priceless. Our only gripe was that the bed was so uncomfortable. It was like laying on a wooden mattress. Other than that though we had a lovely time
Very nice, just wish it had been nearer the theatre, but probably my fault as it was probably made clear when I was booking
Hotels itself was very nice and clean. Entrance and communial areas very nice. Staff very approachable and welcoming. The room however was extremely small and considering we paid for a luxury double was meant to be a bit bigger felt almost claustrophobic. The internal noise of the hotel was loud. The rooms weren`t sound proofed so therefore we didn`t get a lot of sleep. The night was very warm and because of the external noise could not sleep with the balcony door open but the ceiling fan was too noisy to have on all night so therefore was a bit uncomfortable. For a 4 star hotel it could definitely benefit from a better fan system or even air conditioning and possibly some sound proofing. Overall the hotel was nice but has am not sure it was worth the money. The breakfast was adequate but not great.
Good location for the theatre district, clean room and polite and helpful staff. Only negative is being woken at 6am by loud music coming from outside somewhere (not from the hotel) .
Parking a bit of a problem. Will get train next time Hotel excellent. Staff very nice and helpfull. Over all 1st class no hassle weekend
The hotel was easy to reach and ideal for what we had planned for the evening. Staff were friendly and quickly attentive to any problems we had. Our kettle wasn`t working and the matter was very quickly resolved. The room was suitable for our overnight stay, beds were comfortable and the hotel generally quiet.
What a lovely hotel and so easy for the tube lovely clean and stylish room can`t fault the room or the service would definitely stay again fab view at the front from room window we had room 51 brilliant stay thank you
Well situated but in noisy environment, very nice room good value
Very close to underground Piccadilly line. Nice hotel, staff helpful, continental breakfast with warm croissants, plenty of coffee shops and restaurants close by.
Lovely room, lovely hotel, lovely breakfast.....the only thing we would suggest is changing the lighting...poorly lit and mirrors were in odd places....e.g. may be one between the two cupboards (room 23). Other than that the room was quirky and homely
Breakfast a little dissapointing. Could have served real ham and offered pre cooked hard boiled eggs. Other than that facilites excellent, verey clean, staff very helpfull and very good location to underground and local shops etc
