One outstanding feature was the quality of the staff. Without fail they were friendly and efficeint. The facilities were also excellent.
would be helpful if they would tell you that the room key is needed for the lift as well.when in the lift you put your room key in and it flashes green then you can use it but my husband is coloured blind and could not tell the difference between the red and green light ,so it was just as well i was with him.but every thing else was perfect.
This hotel is excellent and also a great location for Oxford street! The breakfast was one of the finest we have ever had!
Over all the Radisson Blu was excellent, our room was very comfortable with great views and very spacious. We would recommend this hotel as a very pleasurable stay in London.
In our opinion the Radisson could not be faulted, all staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Our business suite room was clean and in very good condition. The overnight parking in the NCP operated car park beneath the Radisson was also the cheapest that I have come across in London, the Radisson discount makes this even more appealing. The location was great for various sights but the main reason for our visit was to see a show in the west end, again the location of the Radisson was perfect. We would have no doubt about staying here again.
Great base for a weekend in London, comfortable, clean and lovely breakfast, a very wide choice to choose from, fruit, cheeses, cold meats, cooked breakfast and pastries!
the only problem we encountered was that we could not book a cab and nearly missed the start time for the show. clients need to be made aware of this to enable them to leave early enough to make the journey from the hotel to theatre.
As a lady with hair and make-up to do, a bit more lighting in both the bathroom and bedroom would have been appreciated but overall extremely pleased with the accommodation. The service was excellent and the staff very polite and helpful.
As long as you realise that you have to use your "key" to operate lift! My 18year old daughter and I stayed here overnight October 29th and were upgraded to a superior room which, although a bit cramped in a way with unnecessary extra furniture like a round table and a big chair which frankly didn`t fit, was fine. Huge window could not be opened without a key but otherwise it was a very comfortable stay and the hot buffet style breakfast was extremely good for a London hotel.
Very nice place to stay , food was very good , clean well serviced rooms and friendly staff
Had a lovely weekend break in London, the hotel was fantastic, staff were very helpful and would deffinately stay at this hotel in the future.
My wife and I stayed overnight at the Radisson and found our room to be well furnished with a very comfortable bed. The bar and restaurant were particularly good and the English breakfast and service first class. We shall stay again. Thanks.
great hotel nice food good service
A very nice hotel, comfy & relaxing, very clean, good food, staff friendly & helpful, well situated for west end shows & retail therapy!!
The breakfast was ssssoooo yummy it set us up for the day.We will go there again.Rooms clean and well equipped. All staff were very nice and service excellent
We stayed at the hotel for our anniversary weekend. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. The breakfast was great - so much to choose from and well cooked and presented. We would definitely return and recommend to others.
No complaints. Helpful staff. Cheerful and welcoming foyer. Good clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Great location. I intend to stay at this hotel during my next London visit. Recommend. EMM 7/10/10
Best London Hotel we have nbeen to in years.Room large by London standards. Service excellent. Breakfast first Class. Location great.Plan to only stay here in future.
Easy reach of Oxford Street. Clean, well serviced rooms and friendly efficient staff. Excellent breakfast!
Beautiful lounge, friendly staff and great location. Our confirmation said check in was available at 2pm on arrival we were informed it was 3, which was okay because we arrived (after train journey) at 2:45,(planned to arrive so we could go straight to rooms, shower and see a bit of London before the show. We had to wait in lounge until 3:45 for room to be ready and checked. Twin rooms were only average, nice and clean and comfortable beds. Only 1 socket available for charging phones etc. The twin rooms were not the 4* we were expecting.
Friendly staff, central location good
A very convenient hotel , just off Oxford St. Friendly welcome. Quiet. Good breakfast with really good bacon, unusually. Dinner good but all food & drink very expensive; some very good eating places a short walk away and much cheaper. Annoying habit of including Service charge then leaving space on bill for Gratuities. We will return, however.
The Hotel was clean and service first class.I needed to get into my room 2hrs earlier than normal as I was due to be at Hyde Park inuniform by2pm inorder to take part in the service for the Pope this was done at no extra cost unlike other Hotels of simlar rating wish tocharge me a extra fee by the hour. I was willng to pay but this Hotel indicated it was all part of their service.I will be back
Would definitely recommend this hotel, the location was good, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and the room was good, when we went into our room the bedside table was broken but the staff changed it while we were out that evening. Faultless, would stay again.
This was our second visit to the hotel and the breakfast is still very good.
The water went off around 6pm on the 1 night we stayed preventing us from getting showered before hitting the town. We asked at reception where we could find a nice Italian restaurant and we were pointed in the direction of a restaurant about 500 metres down the road which was closed down. Do these people not know when a business closes down around them. The breakfast was at best average and ran out of various items regularly. A very disappointing stay at what looks like a very nice hotel!!!
Problem with booking in. confirmation said 2pm but room not ready. We were at wedding 5pm and needed to leave at 4pm.Sat like lemons for 45mins no one came to tell us room ready asked at 2.45 to be told it was. Booked hotel because it was allegedly available from 2pm to rest a while after 200 mile drive. Other than that all ok.
