My wife would have given you excellent had the bath plug fitted but the water kept draining away so she kept on having to refill it.

Lovely hotel, with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were clean and tidy, and the 3rd "put me up" bed was comfortable. I did feel the price reflected the prime location a little, but that`s the way it is. The breakfast was excellent, and the bar was open for a night cap. Definitely stay there again.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. We were on the 7th floor and the room size was larger than average considering you are in London, there was quite a bit of rattling coming from the air conditioning but this didn`t stop us sleeping. Common areas are well kept and the bedroom decor was fine, the shower was a bit dated, but it did the job! We had a triple room and the put up bed was very uncomfortable, but the normal beds were fine. Breakfast itself was great, a;though they seemed very under staffed and getting a cup of coffee was a little difficult! Reception area friendly. Would stay again.

Although I stayed in a single - room 226 - this was a corner room with a bay type window and was a slightly unusual shape so, as a consequence, I felt it was more airey than some of the cupboards one is given when travelling on business! However it was quite hot and although the windows opened I didn`t feel comfortable doing that with a small flat roof outside just in case someone was tempted to explore! Overall the hotel was fine for a one night stay; staff were friendly and efficient and it suited my requirements very well. For Mayfair, it was also very well priced.

Although i stayed only 1 night, my wife and i throughly enjoyed our stay. The quality of the room was perfect. I enjoyed both the breakfast buffet and my evening meal (my compliments to your kitchen staff). The restaurant staff were attentive but not harrassing. The other hotel staff were just as accomadating to our needs ( i was pleasantly surprised that when i asked for more milk and sugar for our in room coffee facilities, your concierge brought it up personally withing 5 minutes- at the Hilton in NY i had to wait 45 minutes for everything). I am also glad you were able to send us some toothpaste when i realised we had forgotten ours. I will definetely recommend this hotel to others and stay there again if i ever get the chance. 2night stay, bedroom very clean and tidy, brekfast wide range of chioce, staff very helpfull

The hotel was excellent but the heat in the bedroom was horrendous. I complained to the receptionist, they said they would send someone to sort it out, but they didn`t.

The Bedroom I was given was on the seventh floor, the roof had provided extra special heat, and the air -conditioning doesn`t work, they admitted that, and moved us to another room where the air-conditioning didn`t work either, but it had larger windows. Breakfast very average.

Nice receptionist. Rest of staff just OK. Room nothing special. Good breakfast selection and pleasant breakfast staff. The room and all of the corridors were at best stuffy and airless, could be described as stiflingly hot.

The hotel was very easy to find and in a great location. With the west end not far away it is an ideal location to stay if you are either sight seeing or even just staying for a night out in London. I would highly recommend to anybody.

The location is superb; the staff and rooms are wonderful. It`s not often that you can find such a place for so reasonable a price!

We repeatedly return to this hotel and in fact will alter our travel to accommodate any dates they might be sold out as we refuse to stay anywhere else!

The only negative was on returning late at night from going to a theatre we bought a drink at the bar and asked if it was possible to get a sandwich to which the reply was the kitchen was closed, which was fair enough because it was 11.40pm. However, according to the menu, you could get a sandwich on night service. a small niggle, thats all.

staff were very friendly, rooms were comfortable. would definately stay there again. the location was great easy to get to everywhere.

We were moved three times on first visit, however this was clearly noted, and this last stay we were allocated room 606 which was perfect for us..... clean quiet and comfortable at a very reasonable price for London Mayfair. Staff all efficient and kind..

The service and food are first class although the rooms are starting to look a little shabby. It is time for a make over!

On a very hot weekend we found the air conditioning not quite cool enough and were unable to turn off the heated towel rail in the bathroom . I`m sure if we had requested help with this it would have been sorted. Lots of restaurants nearby in Shepherds Marketl

Stayed for 5 nights with my three daughters and we all agreed that the staff are excellent - lots of smiles , welcoming and nothing too much trouble to help guests out and provide the best service. Had a look at the mission statement posted on the wall of the lounge and thought they lived up to it very well. Will definitely recommend the hotel to others.
