Easy to find, will look to book again soon.
Such a warm welcome fantastic hotel with very friendly staff would deffinetly stay here again
Awesome location lovely clean fresh room. The only negative I have is the room was to warm made our stay a bit uncomfortable.
Lovely room, fantastic view.My only complaint was that we couldn`t turn the heating down on the control box on the wall, stuck on 28 degrees so bit too hot to sleep well, even if window open.
The location and view were stunning added with the beautiful weather however our heating/air con sporadically turned on and off turning our room into a sauna as it was stuck on 28 degrees. Was unbearable. The toilet in our room did not flush and you need a small mortgage to be able to afford a drink at £32 for two! They really need to improve rooms and guests stays.
First of all at around 4.40pm, I contacted concierge on number 31 (phone) to ask for assistance as the air conditioning was not working. I was informed that somebody would be allocated to fix the problem and I was hoping that this would be fixed by the time that I arrived back from the theatre. With the air conditioning still not working, I had to contact reception at around 11pm and ask for further assistance. Thankfully, somebody came to assist and a fan was provided but this was not what I was expecting from a four star hotel. There was also no apology from the member of staff and the response was `you can open the window`. I appreciate that we are still in the winter period but I still expected a better overall service. Further to the above, the shower head directs water onto the ceiling. After my fiancee had stepped out of the shower she slipped on the tiles due to the excess water on the floor.
Nice airy feel hotel good polite service, clean ideal location.
The air conditioning in the room didn`t work and the decor was in need of updating, however the view from the room was excellent & breakfast was very good value for the price
The location and front of the hotel showed great promise. However when we got to our room I was shocked at the lack of maintenance in our room. The wall paper was scuffed in many areas, and the skirting boards were very dirty looking and in need of a refresh of paint. The bathroom was the most disappointing with limescale build up on the taps and shower head and the grouting in the shower also needed redoing. We decided we would like to stay another night but we went to another hotel because this one had been such a let down. I would question the 4 star rating as I feel that until these very basic maintenance issues are resolved I don`t believe it can claim this. The location was great and had we not have been so disappointed in our room we would have asked to stay another night rather than seeking out another hotel.
Exceptional view of Tower Bridge in room 644. Fantastic location to explore London. Can also see the ?Walkie Talkie? building. Extremely disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price.
Noisy housekeeping staff access a store(?) Outside our room before 8.00 am
Nice hotel in a great location and we got a room with a view of the bridge, result! The room was a little tired though with a cracked sink and the aircon/heating not working although very warm, we had to open the window at night to cool down. Staff were friendly. Tried to have afternoon tea without a booking but was told they were full, I counted 12 empty tables and outside the restaurant there were loads of tables we could sit at but that was not an option, shame. A decent hotel but other than the location and view it was quite average.
This hotel did not meet any of our expectations, which was surprising . We will not be staying there again .
Lovely location however the room we stayed in 665 could do with a revamp, broken tiles in the bathroom, rusty bathroom furniture however it was clean and well equipped

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing to stay with us at The Tower Hotel, I am happy to hear that you enjoyed the location of our hotel. However i am sorry to hear the room was not up to standard, we are looking into refreshing our rooms so feedback like this is very helpful, Thank you. Kind Regards, Bechir Messaoud, Hotel Manager
Hotel foyer nice but goes down hill after that. Tiny room barely fit a double bed in it. Bodged repairs in room. Air con unable to work out what the numbers mean. Trolleys left in corridor all day. Room not made up til after 3pm. If you want to use the stairs instead if the lift you have to walk through the maintenance areas. Not a good experience.
Loved it was lovely and clean and great views
Hotel staff friendly, efficient and polite. Hotel amenities comfortable and adequate. Good value
Lovely hotel. Very efficient and pleasant staff. Comfortable rooms and lovely view!
Very good stay - very efficient check-in and room was ready at 11am - rooms clean and the view from our room was looking over St Kathryn`s dock - step out the front foyer and magnificent views of a tower Bridge! All in all a great stay!
Lovely though no bar open during the day, not a major problem as lots around but handy if in your hotel.
The hotels location was amazing and only a short 5 minute walk away from the closest tube station. However, our stay seemed to be very noisy as our room (208) seemed to be right next to a fire exit. Well, this fire exit seemed to be used by the staff every 5 minutes which seemed to be where all of the office workers go into work. Which they started at 8 o`clock in the morning. You would constantly hear doors banging which was not ideal for a hotel that you pay so much money for and have high expectations. The shower seemed to take an awful long time to warm up, no matter how long you played with the shower hose knob to get the right temperature. When we first arrived we had to muck around and play with the wires to try and get a visible TV connection. The bath is also a very small size. Other than these problems we had a lovely stay, but it would have been much better if we heard no doors banging at 8 am or be placed in another room a few doors along the corridor in the hotel.
Nice hotel, great location but significant problems with the room. The air conditioning did not work and as a result the room was stiflingly hot and stuffy. It was impossible to open the "complimentary" bottled water (and it looked as though several previous attempts had been made by previous occupants of the room) and the hot water tap on the bath didn`t work. Such a shame as the location was great, the entrance lobby impressive and the staff friendly and professional.
Clean rooms. Spectacular views. What more do you need?
Everything able the hotel was 1st class. We had a room which was facing the tower, great view
Marvellous htel, excellent staff and amenities Thx You
Grand accomodation in a wonderful setting. The breakfast was a stand out point despite a wait because of its popularity. Friendly and helpful staff
Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff were wonderful and we was very grateful to receive a room with a Tower bridge view, and chocolate truffles and a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you so much, this really enhanced our stay.
Excellent service polite and helpful. Room was very clean the bed was heaven to sleep on. Would happily come here again and recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
The only thing I could suggest to improve is that a kettle and hot drink facilities were not available, they would have been used if they were present. There was no mini bar available, but that was fine since there are lots of bars around the area. Many places to eat nearby as well as the hotel brasserie. We knew breakfast was not included, we were offered that facility at extra cost. Be prepared to queue for it. We found breakfast elsewhere and would recommend The Ivy on the other side of the river as a perfect place for a visit
Receptionists very helpful and polite. Arrived early to leave bags but able to check in which was an added bonus. Clean comfy rooms amazing pillows. Views over River and position of hotel ideal.
I have stayed at this hotel before & didn`t hesitate to book it again when given he option with the theatre break. I love it. It`s in a spectacular location on the Rive Thames, next to Tower Bridge & the Tower of London. The rooms are great, the staff are very welcoming & helpful. The only objection is the parking charge for hotel patrons! I find this ridiculous!
Great hotel in an amazing location. We got off the river cruise and literally walked across the road to the hotel entrance. The hotel is right on the river, next to the lovely marina and the Tower of London. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We didn`t eat in the hotel so can`t comment on the restaurant. Great value booking a combined hotel/theatre break.
We had a great overnight stay in this hotel. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a view of Tower Bridge. Despite the city location, rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Nice breakfast too, and later checkout than many other hotels. Will stay again!
Blocked toilet. Maintenance looked at but on our return to the hotel toilet still blocked. After complaining we were transferred to the Royal Horseguards hotel.
We have stayed at The Tower before and thorough enjoyed it. Enjoyed our stay this time
Amazing hotel and amazing views!!
