Superb hotel and location. Breakfast brilliant - lots (and kept topped up) and, most importantly, piping hot! Sausages to die for (sorry vegetarians)!

Good location, good breakfast. However this was the noisiest room I have ever stayed in. No central London hotel is going to be very quiet but this was dreadful. The window for the room didn`t seem to shut properly so the noise from Oxford Street was terrible- we only discovered this once we were in bed. There needs to be decent double/triple glazing and better quality, thicker curtains to muffle the sound of traffic in the bedrooms.

Fantastic location for Oxford Street and West End. Very friendly staff. Room was very comfortable with excellent quiet air con. We were allowed the check in early. WiFi good and TV big and in good position. Strong shower and decent sized bath. Breakfast was ok - the expected fare.

Hoteldirect were fantastic from start to finish . They booked us a little gem of a hotel The xxxxx London . In Marble arch in the heart of Londons west end . We stayed for a night and had a fantastic time . We will now ALWAYS use Hoteldirect to book all our hotel stays because we were very happy with their choice and their fantastic custermor service .

The hotel was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. Domi on reception really went the extra mile. The breakfast was faultless and there was so much choice would definitely stay here again and again

Wouldn`t stay with you again. Room very tiny cupboard door fell off no tray for tea coffee facility no way shelf would pull out and no where to plug kettle in . We was told to plug it in on floor , this was dangerous as room had no space to move around . So man came from reception and pulled desk out and moved several plugs to make one available for kettle. Pillows very small with no support. Bath had big chunk out of it . Now breakfast I started with a small portion of porridge wich was barley warm . Unreadable cold bacon sausage beans only food nearl hot . Tea terrible like water no taste or colour . All in all not what I was looking forward too. Only blessing was only stayed one night .

Too big a gap between "Good" & "Excellent", so we would rate The xxxxx as "Very Good" - right at Marble Arch so so central for getting to places. Pleasant and efficient staff/ easy check in and out/ very clean and ell equipped room ( 8th Floor) if you don`t mind a smaller room, which we didn`t. Breakfast excellent - fantastic choice and, considering the number of guests, there was no queueing and food was hot. All round a good experience and would use this hotel again.

Very large hotel but staff helpful and excellent facilities. Just above underground station at the end of Oxford street!

Room was clean and as we expected? Location was excellent for travel in London.All staff very helpful.

Hotel room very small and badly designed layout. No mirror above dressing table and could only access one side of the bed as bed was against the wall . But for a one night stay it was ok, it was clean staff were helpful.

Evening meal taken in xxxxx Hotel restaurant - beautifully cooked from a varied menu by very attentive, pleasant staff who took pride in attention to detail. We were appreciative of the Breakfast staff`s attention that left us to our own devices after making sure we were aware of varied menu available via self service

Room very basic for room rate , no mini bar , not enough towels , window view non existant ! Room service for food very poor food over cooked and cold . Breakfast this morning only luke warm , this was a treat for me as recovering from kidney cancer very dissapointed

Just superb fantastic stay!

We stayed for one night whilst we caught a theatre show and wished we`d stayed the whole weekend. Lovely hotel, immaculate, spacious and modern. Rooms were had everything you need and beds and pillows very comfortable. We enjoyed a leisurely breakfast which was well catered for every taste. Staff were polite and helpful and location was perfect for shopping, sightseeing, dining out with tube station right outside the door. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will hopefully be visiting again.

This hotel is perfect for shopping in Oxford Street and walking in Hyde Park. Everyone`s taste is catered for at breakfast. There is a taxi rank outside the hotel to take you all over London at your leisure! The stay was a nice experience.

The staff this time were absolutely outstanding. From the front of house to the Concierge and cleaners. We have now stayed there 8 times and will continue to do so.

The room was contemporary, well laid out and clean with everything you could need. All the staff were always very attentive, service was superb. The breakfast buffet was the best we`ve ever encountered, a brilliant hotel which everyone there should be congratulated on for achieving such high standards in a big and busy hotel.
