Hotel convenient for a kings Cross and theatres. Helpful staff. Room rather cold when we arrived because there was no heating on. Told it wasn`t on yet and 1 blanket brought for 3 of us although it was only 3pm and we weren`t ready to go to bed then! Nice that bottles of water were free and available in a fridge in the foyer. Room clean as was the bathroom. Unfortunately we used the milk provided for a drink on the first day of our stay and it was not replenished after that. I suppose we should have asked but it is usual for this to be done automatically. Breakfast great except for lack of marmalade but that is nothing and we were told it should have been. Everything else fine with pleasant staff.

Very friendly and helpful recieption. Room was lovely the bed was huge and very comfy. Had a great night sleep. The whole package was a good price and we both enjoyed it all. Was a gift from family for out 25th wedding anniversary

We were offered a third floor room with no lift access, I have bad knees and thought it would be ok, but it was exhausted and in a little pain when I got to the room. Also the en suite smelled of sewage mildly so we had to keep the door shut.

Good location within walking distance of many landmarks. Staff are lovely and breakfast is varied in a lovely relaxing atmosphere.

Having prior knowledge of London hotels we were very pleasantly surprised by the Thistle Bloomsbury Park. We were greeted very warmly on arrival by a friendly receptionist and were upgraded to a junior suite. Nice room, clean and well decorated and we had a very comfortable stay. They even provide ear plugs to dim London night noises. Very good location for the theatre.

Great hotel, we thought the staff were extremely polite, helpful and professional. Room was comfortable, well decorated and stocked with tea coffee, and toiletries. Good breakfast and would definitely go back.

Hotel was very cosy and welcoming. Complimentary water available. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water, toiletries etc. Very well situated close to underground and lots of convenient shops. Starbucks next door!

Good location, beautifully clean and very welcoming friendly staff who couldn`t have been more helpful. A little noisy in the room but this is London and to be expected. No complaints from our party , we would stay here again without hesitation.

lovely friendly front of house staff, clean and tidy all round, comfy beds even the sofa bed was nice, only bad thing i would say is we were only there for 1 night and had to be out of the room for 12pm, (not a problem with this) but to be woken up by the cleaner at 9am on a Sunday did`nt make much sense, why not just wait till we had booked out, surely they have a list? and she said we should of put the "do not disturb" sign on the door, didnt cross my mind as was only there for the night.

Only stayed for the 1 night but staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was dated and in need of modernisation but clean and suited our needs. Would I stay again ? ... yes

Bedroom had poor lighting and was small We would have preferred breakfast included in deal instead of evening meal which had a very limited choice Staff pleasant

external noise which could have been noted in the hotel information and was expected as ear plugs were provided. we were on the front of the hotel so it may have been quieter on the other side. also the floor boards above was extremely noisy as was ours in our room. the bar area appeared to close quite early.

We had booked a triple room for our stay, my wife myself and our teenage daughter.On arrival we were told there were none available and we had to have two double rooms and they would not be adjoining,they said we could have a complimentary drink for our trouble. What a cheek,not good, in fact terrible. After the great show we arrived back at the hotel at 10.55pm for a night cap, to be told the bar closes at 11pm the barman was very rude. I ordered a Brandy for my wife and was abruptly told that there was none. Disgusted we left the bar. Will not be going there again. We go to many shows in London and this one was by far the worst stay of all the hotels booked.

Situated just twenty minutes walk from Euston station, five minutes from the British Museum and fifteen minutes walk from Covent Garden, the hotel was warm, friendly and offered all the amenities that you would expect. For a three generational family it was perfect, suiting the two year old AND the sixty two year old as well. Breakfasts were excellent and the number of child friendly restaurants in the area made eating out a real pleasure. Definitely a hotel we will be returning to.

the only thing I have to critise was that the breakfast was cold, not good for £12

We stayed for one night and had a very good time in London. It was very much helped by the staff at the hotel. informed them, in advance, that we would be arriving in London, at 10 am and asked if a room could be ready for us and I also requested a quiet room. We arrived at reception at about 11.30, the room was ready and we were given a very nice and quiet room (415). Thank you once again for being so helpful.

Hotel was clean and tidy but it was fairly basic which i expected for a 3*.

We were all very pleased with the hotel`s facilities and staff were very helpful and friendly. Our standard twin rooms were comfortable, not too small and well furnished with good quality bedding/towels etc. No air con was the only drawback as the rooms tended to get warm at night. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and will certainly be booking there again for our next visit to London.

Clean fresh room hotel entrance very inviting room at night was a little loud but not enough to effect enjoyment of stay the buffet breakfast was well worth the money lots of variety to choose from staff very friendly and helpful they also had good knowledge of the area

The room as a family room was small and the traffic noise outside at night was loud plus no air conditioning. Paid for breakfast sausages burnt and scrambled egg cold . Staff friendly and helpful.

Good clean hotel lovely staff...No proper air con just a fan in room which had to be on 24hrours very warm.. Breakfast overpriced didn`t buy.
